Vanessa Hudgens On InStyle Makeover: Cover Story

From Ashley Tisdale’s new album,Guilty Pleasures, and movie, “Aliens In The Attic,” to Vanessa Hudgens rocking the newsstand, it feels like “High School Musical” has found its way back into the pop culture orbit this month.

Vanessa already appeared on the cover of Parade magazine’s August edition, but now she’s showing off her girly side by dishing on her many different looks, beauty secrets and obsession with Angelina Jolie inInstyle Magazine’s special makeover issue.

Since her big debut in “HSM,” Vanessa has been in the spotlight for her bohemian style and romance with Zac Efron, but she told Instyle she hasn’t let the attention change her as a person. “I’ve grown more bold about taking risks and not worrying what people think.” The actress/singer has been working since she was 4 but has plans to transition from her high school image to more mature roles. She said, “I’ve grown so much as a person and as an actor over the past few years.”

She admits that her favorite look is the “just-rolled-out of bed look with controlled waves.” But does she actually tame all of that hair her self? “I’m pretty good, but my hair is always better when someone else does it! My arms get really tired, and I don’t have the patience”. Besides Angelina Jolie, Vanessa also lists Jennifer Lopez as a source of style inspiration — mostly because they share the same glowing skin.
