According to George Lopez’s official site, Vanessa and Zac have been announced as the newest participants in his Help Haiti charity concert which will take place on Thursday, February 4th. The Hope For Haiti benefit we mentioned previously took place tonight – it’s incredible to see so many spotlight individuals come together to raise awareness for something so tragic. I’m glad that Vanessa had the opportunity to be a part of it! I’ve added a few pictures of Vanessa (with Kevin Jonas and Ashley Tisdale) to our gallery; details are of course below. Vanessa is set to participate in tomorrow’s Hope for Haiti telethon for earthquake relief. The program will be airing on a number of major networks Friday at 8pm EST/PST including the following: ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, the CW, HBO, MTV, VH1 and CMT. The show is hosted by George Clooney and will benefit Jean’s Yele Haiti Foundation, as well as UNICEF, Oxfam America, Partners in Health, and the Red Cross. Both Zac Efron and Ashley Tisdale are also set to participate. Please be sure to tune into the telethon and do what you can to help in the Haitian relief effort!
